”During this week’s RE workshop the Reception classes have been learning about friendship. They learned a story about Jesus and discussed about ways to be friends and be kind. We have been making friendship cards for our best friends in the classroom.”
GF5 performed Little Red Ridng Hood at their first school assembly as part of their topic ‘Traditional Tales’. The staff are very proud of their class who over came nerves. GF4 and GF5 attended Stratford Fire Station as part of their topic ”People who help us”. They had lots of fun exploring the Fire Engine, learning about different equipment and asking the Fire Fighters questions.

Thank you to all the parents of the new Reception children who came to have lunch with their children to settle them in. The children felt very happy having lunch with mummy or daddy ,helped them settle in more quickly.
GF6 had a wonderful assembly on the benefits of Healthy Eating today , “Do you like Broccoli Ice Cream : Super simple songs!!” Brilliant.
